Where Can I Get Realtime Stock Data For Programming Purposes?

I want to program a real-time stock market analysis program, and I need the highest resolution stock market data possible. XML format would be nice, but I am flexible. I need something reliable and fast, and I am willing to pay for the service. Any ideas?
