I have an Excel file with a date and a stock symbol. I now need my Excel sheet to pull the avg volume, opening price, and previous day’s closing price for that symbol on that date. Can anyone help me with this?

Is There A Way To Export Stock Data On The Net To Excel?

I want to play around with some data myself with excel, but I haven’t figured out (or found a site) that will allow me to do this. Anyone have any suggestions or ideas? I’m a novice and I just want to play around with trendlines or curve fitting, nothing serious.

How Do I Share Data Between 4 Worksheets In A Excel Workbook? Thank You 4 Your Help!?

you just need to use a reference to the main worksheet your specific data is in. Example Sheet1, cell A1 has the data you want Sheet2, cell A1 has a reference to the data. =Sheet1!A1 Sheet3, cell A1 same as above Hope that helps.
