There’s a move afoot that would have government listen in on pilot conversations, of course under the false guise of “safety”. Stupid, but OK I’m game. The quid pro quo is that every member of Congress is mic’ed up so we can listen to what they’re doing behind closed doors brokering shady deals to get unpopular legislation passed. Think they’d go for it?

Are you insane, asking that the law makers put a open mic in their caucus room.
They would rather slap a down syndrome child around on the Oprah show, then
have a open mic at their tyranny conferences.
All pilot conversations are ALREADY recorded. Is this a question from 1985 or something?
And politicians’ conversations are also monitored to the extent they take place on the floor of the House or Senate. Just like pilots, politicians have a right to speak privately when behind closed doors.
They probably wouldn’t but I think monitoring what they say would save us all alot of money in the long run!
Congress should never pass a law which they themselves would not be willing to live under. They are nothing but scoundrels up there in Washington.
0bama renewed the Patriot Act and that should include him also!!! Great point!!!
Like every other law they pass that’s intrusive, they exempt themselves.
lets monitor the conversations of 0bama and congress
God knows I fear what the politicians say behind closed doors more than the pilot.
Never. They are hypocrites. I wish they would find something useful to discuss.
LOL No, but the thought is a good one. Don’t think I would want to be the one listening.
