no doubt he will get some compensation . other inmates in the past have sued the prison service for such as – their lunch was cold , its too noisy on the wing , they dont like sharing , etc.

Yes Ian we can and have already. Gordon didn’t believe the story about his three ex ministers, backed them and now is seriously wounded in the credibility department along with them. The final insult would be him putting their names forward for peerages which would have been a normal turn of events. However, i seriously doubt that David Cameron would have them on the list as he’s already told the whole world that John Valentine Butterfill will not be ‘elevated’ to the Lords! As soon as the odious toad opened his mouth on dispatches last night with his quiet bragging about elevation i knew his Goose was well and truly cooked!
