while it isn’t a scam zecoo has serious customer service issues plus a few other things that they do NOT do service wise compared to everyone else makes me leery. The last company that offered zero commissions went out of business back in the 80′s I think.
Sogo is another matter entirely. I do NOT recommend this one at all. It too me three months and the threat of legal action to get my money back in the account that I opened.
Zecco is a legit company. It’s just too new to evaluate. Give it a go and let others know. Perhaps you don’t want to invest all there as yet.

I have heard about sogoinvest – best discount online stock broker. You can buy stocks at $3 per trade. And $1 per trade for 90 days.
