Why Do Most Computer Store Websites Sell Windows 7 Ultimate Full Version Online Only?

I want to get the full version of 7 Ultimate at a store, but they’re all either out of stock in my area, or they’re sold online only. I can’t buy online because I don’t have (or wish to have) a credit or debit card.
What should I do?

They just assume most people already have Vista.

Because most people have no need for Ultimate this round, and when places carry a little stock of it, it gets sold out rapidly right now.
The main people who might consider Ultimate would already have Vista Ultimate and want the ability to do an in-place upgrade, in which case the upgrade discs are fine for them. Not many people need the full version if they’re going for Ultimate.
I’d find a prepaid credit card thing somewhere, or find someplace that will take Paypal and draw funds directly from your bank account.
And otherwise you’ll need to wait or keep looking localy.
Perhaps you can find friends or family with a credit card and give them funds to purchase online for you.

Well there isn’t anything you CAN do, either wait for them to restock, or go to another computer/electronics store, I’d recommend Best Buy (if you have that in your area.)

You can buy a prepaid card at any Walmart or grocery or drug store and buy it that way.
