Some people are predict the future of the stock by using the annual report and some good news of the company. but i can’t understand wht they are watching in the annual Report? I don’t know how can i read this report? Also what is EPS and other term which was mentions in each n every comany report?
Also is there any free s/w or site thro’ which i can see the all perviouse details of the company like what was done in the company before and what the new great news comping in the company also everydays price for last 1 yr. Like this……
I hope you people will help me th learn about this because before inversting in the stock market i want to read about it and also want to teach something about it.

nobody can “predict” the future, because the future is always unknown and uncertain.
technical analysts insist that the past can help to predict the future. fundamental analysts say only new information can dictate where a stock price will be. research them both.
You cannot predict the future of a stock by looking at the annual report, but you can make a judgment on whether the company has a future. A company with good products, increasing revenues, profits and cash flow has a bright future. Cash flow is very important as this is the asset that allows a company to tame or slay its competitors and/or move into new and growing markets. All these things can be gleamed from the annual report.
stock is unpredictable. Different people having different methods to predict their win’s. sometimes they win, sometimes they lose, main thing they have something to blame in the end!
